Join us for a cooking class at Food Lab to learn all about Mediterranean Tapas on Tuesday, June 11th!

This class is a great little taste of some flavors of the Mediterranean. All recipes are great to have in your fridge too for some great snacking and weeknight meals—Dolma, Carrot Tahini Salad, Kefta (Spicy Lamb Meatball, Tatziki, Cauliflower Rice Greek Salad, and Flatbread with Fig Spread.

The mission at Food Lab is to help enhance the level of culinary skills, food and wine knowledge to the community in an entertaining and informative way. Food Lab is strictly a place for those who love food, want to learn more about it and have fun while they’re at it—say by mastering a new dish while on a date with a glass of wine in hand.

As a 2000+ square foot kitchen on Pearl Street, Food Lab welcomes all types of students from seasoned home chefs to new-to-cooking college kids. Even mini chefs, as young as age six, are invited inside. All classes end with a tasting and recipe to take home.

Mediterranean Tapas is $85 per person. Food allergies, intolerances or dislikes? Let us know when you sign up and we will work our magic for you. All menus subject to change due to availability of ingredients and chef whims. We hope that you join us for some tasty Mediterranean cuisine!
