Dig Up the Discoveries at the Latest Exhibit at the Longmont Museum

See the ancient world of the dinosaurs come to live at the hands-on exhibition now on display at the Longmont Museum! The Dinosaur Discoveries series is back with an engaging show that reveals what living, breathing dinosaurs were really like!

This special exhibit highlights current research by scientists from the American Museum of Natural History and other leading paleontologists around the world. Visitors will see real bones from a T-Rex found in Littleton and a soil sample of the K-T boundary, which shows the point in time 65 million years ago when the asteroid that caused mass extinction of the dinosaurs hit the Earth. Kids can get their hands dirty excavating bones in our dinosaur dig pit and feed our brood of chickens – the feathered, living descendants of dinosaurs! It’s an interactive event that the whole family can enjoy.

At Apex 5510 Apartments in Boulder, Colorado, we believe it’s important to integrate yourself into the community, which is why we suggest attending this event. Meeting new people, having unfamiliar experiences, and joining neighborhood activities is the key to an exceptional lifestyle.
