The 2018 Strider Cup World Championship is the culmination of a racing series that includes three stops across the country this spring and summer, with Boulder, Colorado, hosting the World Championship race at Central Park/Boulder Civic Area Friday and Saturday, July 20 – 21.
The unique Strider Cup race series caters directly to children 18 months to 6 years old who want to show off their riding skills and compete in a friendly atmosphere against other Strider riders from around the country. Children of all sizes and skill levels are welcome to participate. Strider Bikes are developed for both learning the ropes of riding and honing advanced skills in racing.
During a Packet Pick-Up and a simple Tech Inspection on Friday, July 20th, your child will receive their registration bag complete with a Strider jersey, assigned number plate, and other goodies. Also at this time, your child’s bike will be inspected to ensure compliance with our racing rules. For more information regarding Tech Inspection please read the Tech Inspection Overview.
Any concerns will need to be addressed before your child can race. Friday Packet Pick-Up and Tech Inspection is mandatory and gives us the opportunity to address any issues in a calm, non-rushed atmosphere and inform you as to what to expect on race day. We would also like to inform you about important times as related to your race class, how the "HEATS" (1st Race) and "MAINS" (2nd Race) will work, and how the awards ceremony will flow.
