Take a Journey Through the Artist Growth of Tadashi Hayakawa at His New Solo Show

See the latest exhibit now on display at the Artwork Network Gallery! The renowned Japanese artist Tadashi Hayakawa’s solo exhibition is grace the gallery walls for a special show that you won’t want to miss.

Origin explores Hayakawa’s cultural identity and the pursuit of “home.” The artist evokes traditional Japanese themes of mediation, soul, and Zen to process the distinct self, and utilizes a variety of materials to create unique creative combinations including sumi ink, often used in Japanese calligraphy.

Tadashi Hayakawa credits his creative spark from a father who was unable to pursue his own passion of being a painter due to being the only son, and gave Hayakawa the personal room to grow into an artist. Tadashi left Japan at the age of 19 and moved to L.A to pursue a career in arts, and after graduating from Otis Art Institute with an MFA, worked as a graphic artist and began to focus strictly on painting in the early 90s. Since then he has dedicated his life to be true to his self and his art, and is showcasing his growth at this unique exhibition at the Artwork Network Gallery!
